House / Apartment / Condo Cleaning.
What is included in each cleaning session:-
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Disposing of rubbish.
• Dusting and wiping of all surfaces and windows.
• Scrubbing bathroom sinks and toilet bowls.
**NO FANCY lights cleaning. Pls DO NOT request our cleaners to touch fancy lights to clean. We WILL NOT be liable for anything that happens and our cleaners will not touch fancy lights.**
Office cleaning.
What is included in each cleaning session:-
• Choice from daily to weekly cleaning
• Sweeping / vacuuming floor, mopping, rubbish clearing, washing toilet, washing dishes, wiping of surfaces and windows.
**NO FANCY lights cleaning. Pls DO NOT request our cleaners to touch fancy lights to clean. We WILL NOT be liable for anything that happens and our cleaners will not touch fancy lights.**
* Please take note that if there is any request of cleaning tools and materials there will be additional surcharge **
SERVICE HOURS:- 9.00am – 6.00pm (Any time requested thereafter there will be additional surcharges & subjected to availability)
SERVICE CHARGES (HOME/RESIDENCE):-
1 cleaner x RM 25 per hour (minimum 4 hours).
2 cleaners x RM 50 per hour (minimum 2 hours).
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:-• RM 20 per cleaner, per hour if your property needs more time to be cleaned.
50% deposit required to confirm your booking, and 1 time reschedule allowed (within 1 week) - please inform maximum 1 day earlier. If proceed with cancellation, only 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
RM 10/session/cleaner surcharge for Saturday & Sunday.
Cleaning materials +RM 10/hour – depending on items needed. (For cleaning equipment, materials and detergents please specify type of cleaning required for us to bring the required- 2 days before cleaning) NO LADDER.
Last booking slot will be at 4pm daily, as we end at 6pm. Any request for slot after 5pm will be subjected to an additional fee of RM 20.00.
A small transport fee may be applicable for areas outside kuala Lumpur to cover our travel .
Additional cost for below selected areas -outside of KL.

If the booking is for 4 hours, please recheck the quality of work if any re-work is required during that time.. Any requests/feedback that come in thereafter will not be accounted for.
If booking is for 4 hours, and cleaners complete the tasks required much earlier.. You may request them to do additional tasks within their time frame. (such as ironing/folding clothes/washing dishes) pls check with cleaners if they can do ironing, as not all cleaners are trained on ironing.
For shorter hours _charges differs (outside of normal packaged price) as transport is calculated separately.
For 2 hours x 1 cleaner is RM 70.
For 3 hours x 1 cleaner is RM 90.
Cleaning materials/equiptment will be normal detergents available in supermarkets.. Not Amway items.

Helpers will be provided with apron, tshirt, face mask (if required) and gloves for hygiene reasons.
Note:
i) Supervisor to supervise quality of work (*subject to availability - may not be available all the time)
ii) feedback forms on quality of work will be given to client an hour before the time ends - this is so that we can improve any shortfalls.
iii) Formal invoice/receipts will be issued for each cleaning sessions.
iv) we are closed on 2 Mondays and 2 sundays in a month.. (alternate weeks)
