👁️ Do You See Floating Spots in Your Vision?
Those tiny spots or lines are called eye floaters. They are common, but sudden new floaters or flashes of light should not be ignored.

👁️ Cataracts: When the Eye’s Lens Becomes Cloudy
A cataract develops when the normally clear lens inside the eye becomes cloudy, causing vision to become blurred, hazy, or less clear.
Common risk factors include: • Aging
• Long-term UV exposure
• Diabetes
• Smoking
• Certain medications
Regular eye examinations can help detect cataracts and other eye conditions early.

👁️ Diabetic Retinopathy
Diabetes can silently damage the tiny blood vessels in the retina.
Over time, high blood sugar may cause leakage, bleeding, swelling, and damage to the retina, which can affect vision.
⚠️ Early diabetic retinopathy may have no obvious symptoms.
Regular eye examinations and good blood sugar control can help protect your vision.
