YOBSN Ambassador Program



One of the problems that a new visitor to YOBSN may incur is that they have very few Smart Chirps to look at. This can make YOBSN look unused and unfriendly. But, we have some great solutions!



One of the solutions we have come up with is what we call the Ambassador Chirps!

People who post regular positive and interesting Chirps may be called upon to be Ambassadors. These members would be able to send Chirps to the entire population if they so choose and it is appropriate for the entire population. Many of Lothar's travels would fit in this category, for example.

At the same time we want YOBSN owners to be able to "opt-out" of these messages and not receive them if they do not want this message for themselves or their Free Members YOBSN.

Our initial testing was successful and now we need to finish the final polish on this great feature.

However, we have been testing the system without informing the members involved and a few Chirps went out to the general population. These were all quickly deleted. This caused some confusion and we apologize for that. On the upside - the system worked flawlessly. Now we have turned the system off, while we are finishing the final details.

We will send out an update announcement just before the final release.

This is just one more way that we are improving to make everyone's YOBSN automatically look better than ever before!
