We are hiring - Retail Assistant

Job Description:
- Responsible for scanning incoming eCommerce parcels
- Promote company products and services to customer
- Ensure the up keep of the centre cleanliness
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Handle returns of merchandise
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Handle customer complain
- Training will be provided

Qualification :
- Minimum SPM
- Driving license and own transport will be added advantage
