Let me share with you my own experience. Or maybe you have experience the same too.
Let us take limiting beliefs i.e.: I am not good enough or lack self-confidence.
Still remembered the first time on stage; school performance, debate, tournament, sports challenge, job interview, first job or meeting new client. Our tertiary education back in those days did not covers the topic how to boost confidence or how to overcome negative thoughts or emotions.
Each time before an event start, I visualized the worse scenario in my mind. It tends to feel uncomfortable, if not downright unpleasant and it not making things better but more anxious by the minute near to the event itself. It affected my life and sometimes even stopped me from doing things that I really want.
Hence, I have put together a list of some of the strategies that I learned and applied in my life journey. I gave it to my students and clients to help them regain their confidence and overcome their anxiety.
