KUBINA will provide unlimited opportunities for active and proactive intellectual discussions intended to unravel opportunities and business potentials, cultivate culture of knowledge exploration and interactive venue for

idea exchanges and networking among participants. The convention will be the starting point of empowering women by boosting their confidence and reaffirm their determination enabling their potential in the competitive construction industry traditionally dominated by men. It will be a symbol of resistance and embracement of women’s perspectives in the struggle to claim their rights and imposing their principals.
