① Rayton Surge Protection Device Service Life very much depend on

i) SPD surge capacity
ii) Surge current, impulse duration of surge current

For example:
● SPD 10,000 = 10KA
Which can only withstand with *1 service time* of 10,000 ampere of surge current
● If it is 1,000 ampere surge current, SPD 10KA can withstand of about *4,000 service times* of surge current
● If it is 100 ampere surge current then SPD 10KA can withstand of about *1 million service time* of surge current

② Not direct relevant on Running Hours or Surge Count Time but very much relevant to graph given above.

③ Rayton SPD comes with *Surge Counter*
The number will indicate of how many surge been clamp by our SPD
