🌿 Uncovering Value — Management Retreat

Sometimes, the strongest conversations happen when we step away from the usual workplace.

The SkillNex management team recently came together for an internal retreat with Impact Volution Training & Consultancy Talent Valley.My -Mosh designed around connection, reflection and stronger teamwork. Away from our day-to-day responsibilities, the experience gave the team space to understand one another better, strengthen relationships and reconnect with the values behind how we work together.

What if AI could understand not just your prompt, but the way you work?

On 13–14 August 2026 at Rocana Kuantan, SkillNex Tech conducted Claude AI for Office Productivity for the SCC Group of Companies.

Across the two-day training, participants explored how to personalise Claude using Memory, Instructions, and Projects, create professional workplace documents across Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and build a custom Skill to turn recurring tasks into repeatable workflows.

The goal was practical from the start: not just to learn Claude, but to leave with a working setup that could continue supporting their role after the training ended.

AI is changing the way we work, but understanding where to begin matters just as much as keeping up.

At the AI 360° Seminar, we brought together speakers, professionals, and industry perspectives to help participants build a clearer understanding of AI and how it is beginning to shape the workplace.

The seminar opened with remarks from the Managing Director of Impact Group, setting the context for why AI awareness and readiness are becoming increasingly important today.

Throughout the day, Pingkee Qi, General Manager of SkillNex Tech, and Jonice Koh, Business Development Manager of SkillNex Tech, were part of bringing the learning experience, conversations, and programme together.

From presentations on stage to interactions with participants, AI 360° was ultimately about making AI feel more understandable, practical, and approachable.

AI is changing the way we work, but understanding where to begin matters just as much as keeping up.

At the AI 360° Seminar, we brought together professionals, business leaders, and speakers to build a clearer understanding of AI and how it is beginning to shape the workplace.

The seminar opened with remarks from the Managing Director of Impact Group, setting the context for why organisations and professionals need to start building AI awareness today.

Throughout the day, Chan Ping Kee, General Manager of SkillNex Tech, and Jonice Koh, Business Development Manager of SkillNex Tech, helped bring together the conversations, speakers, and overall learning experience.

From presentations on stage to interactions with participants, AI 360° was ultimately about making AI feel more understandable, practical, and approachable.
