Job Title: Junior Associate
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Junior Associate. As a Junior Associate, you will be responsible for working on real job application situations and exploring your own ideas to improve our processes. You will be expected to continually make suggestions for improving every task given at hand, no matter how small the task is.
Responsibilities:

Continually make suggestions for improving every task given at hand, no matter how small the task is.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.
Attend training sessions and workshops to improve your skills.
Requirements:
-Diploma/STPM/Bachelor’s degree in any field.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
