JOB DESCRIPTION :
+ To assist with all operation paperwork & functions
+ Assist by sorting mail, filing forms and documents, answering phones, greeting clients
+ To perform other related duties or ad-hoc duties or assignment assigned by management from time to time
+ Handle and organised office filling systems effectively
+ Maintain and update factory operation records
+ Perform in general administrative and clerical works
+ Prepare DO, purchase order & quotation
+ Issue invoice, credit note & debit note
REQUIREMENT :
* Fast learner, independent and able to communicate
*Basic computer & maintenance skill required
Knowledgeable to Microsoft office, especially excel
*Able to work independently
*Prefer female candidate
