Asiah bte Siari, the co-founder & director of the company runs the business for about 4 years by herself before the first employee, Pn. Armawati became one of the director of the company. Throughout the years, the company has expend from one employee to several permenet employee. Demand by companies Act 1965, each private or public company must have company secretary to manage the affairs of the company's management. Company secretary will serve as advisor to the board in ensuring that all actions of the company in accordance with the laws that have been set by the ministry. They will also keep all the company records & document . Formed the AGM for the board .
