菜园鸡1只 （不超过1KG)，洗净抹干。
1-2茶匙的细盐和2汤匙的廊酒混合，涂抹在全鸡身上，喜欢姜味的饭团可以加点姜粉，静置1小时，裹上铝箔纸前加点麻油。
将3包500g的粗海盐炒至海洋味😂加入5颗八角，1小把花椒，2片香叶，继续炒至香味溢出。
先把2-3勺炒好的盐放入OCOO锗锅内，再把裹好的鸡放入锅，倒入剩余的盐，铺满。
