1) Monitor on stock levels and purchasing needs.
2) Tabulate and summary the goods movement daily and monthly report.(Example- forecast list)
3) Products knowledge / comparing (on job training).
4) Handling orders - sourcing, get quotation, get sample and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
5) Review requisition orders in order to verify quality, terminology and specification.
6) Compare price, check delivery date and terms contract in order.
7) Issue purchase order, follow up on delivery and make sure all supplier delivery order matches with PO.
8) Respond to related departments about order status, delivery schedule, changes, cancellations or others.
9) Liaise with warehouse to ensure all goods arrive in good condition and received quantity correct.
10) Quality check (QC) that goods meet specification.
11) Resolve goods missed or late delivery, shortage, damage, non-compliant with PO, return and other problems
12) Key in daily stock received and check invoice price / debit or credit note.
13) Follow up outstanding order / balance.
14) Complete updates purchasing record / data, pricing in the system, filling and generate reports as necessary.
15) Maintain the stock record by daily updating the receiving goods.
16) Keep records of quality supplied.(Example: standardizing products dimension/ material/ spec/weight .etc.)
17) Prepare goods specification document, catalogue, label, design and price list.
18) Undertake other related jobs requested by your manager.
19) Assist on ad-hoc assignments, as and when required .
Requirements:
Preferably have experience in Hardware Trading Industry.
Can start work immediately.
