其实在来到办公室之前，早上我们已经先带她们完成了 FOMEMA 体检。

每一位 Kakak 抵达马来西亚后，我们都会尽快安排体检，确保她们拥有健康的身体状况，才能安心投入未来的工作，也让雇主更加放心 💙

完成体检后，我们便把她们带到训练中心，开始一系列的基础培训。

Following our Dormitory Series, the new batch of Kakak has finally arrived at our office! ✨

Before coming to the office, we first brought them for their FOMEMA medical examination in the morning.

For every Kakak who arrives in Malaysia, we arrange a medical check-up as soon as possible to ensure they are in good health and ready for their future work, giving employers greater peace of mind 💙

After the medical examination, we bring them to our training centre to begin a series of basic training sessions.

把 Kakak 接到马来西亚的全过程 ✈️

很多人看到的只是最后把 Kakak 送到雇主家，
但其实在这之前，还有许多重要的流程和细节需要安排。

身为女佣中介，这些工作一直都是老板亲自负责处理。
从业12年来，我们始终坚持亲力亲为，
从来没有交给 Runner 代劳，

当 Kakak 抵达后，我们会先安全地接送她们到宿舍安顿，
确保她们适应环境、获得妥善照顾，
再安排后续的培训与准备工作。

Today, I’d like to share the entire process of welcoming a Kakak to Malaysia ✈️

Many people only see the final step when the Kakak arrives at the employer’s home, but there are actually many important procedures and details that take place behind the scenes.

As a maid agency, these responsibilities have always been handled personally by the owner. For the past 12 years, we have remained committed to managing every step ourselves and have never relied on runners to do it for us.

Why? Because we believe every step matters ！Not only for the safety and well-being of the Kakak, but also for the peace of mind of the employer.

Once the Kakak arrives, we personally ensure she is safely transported to our accommodation, where she can settle in comfortably and receive proper care before proceeding with the next stages of preparation and training.

答案：可以！ 🙌

但很多雇主都会忽略一个重点👇

我们马来西亚人去日本、韩国等国家，很多时候不需要申请签证，所以很容易习惯性忘记这件事。

可是别忘了，Kakak 是 来自印尼 🇮🇩，
签证要求可能不一样！

如果计划带她一起出国，记得提前确认目的地国家的入境要求，并提早准备文件、申请 Visa，避免最后一刻手忙脚乱～ ✔️
旅行前多检查一步，出发当天少很多烦恼 ！

As Malaysians, we often travel to countries like Japan or Korea without needing a visa, so it’s easy to forget about this step.

If you’re planning to bring her along, remember to check the entry requirements of your destination country and apply for the visa early to avoid any last-minute stress ✔️

雇主面试选女佣，这一步真的不能随便！

很多人以为：
“我已经问很多问题了”
但其实，
问了 ≠ 问对 ❌

不要只是问：
“会不会做家务？”
“会不会照顾小孩？”

因为答案永远都是：“会”。

✔ 真正有效的方法：
问“情境式问题”！

例如：
👉 “如果小孩一直哭，你会怎么处理？”
👉 “如果事情很多，你会怎么安排时间？”
👉 “如果做错事情，被提醒后会怎么做？”

从回答里，
你才能看出她：
✔ 有没有经验
✔ 有没有责任感
✔ 愿不愿意学习

✔ 还有一个重点：
先讲清楚你的需求！

比如：
▪ 要不要顾小孩
▪ 要不要煮饭
▪ 家务要求高不高

然后观察她：
✔ 有没有信心
✔ 会不会犹豫
✔ 会不会主动发问

记住：
技能可以教，
但态度很难改！

适合你家的，
比“什么都会”的更重要 ✨

Hiring a maid? Don’t take the interview lightly.

Many people think:
“I asked a lot of questions already.”
But asking ≠ asking the RIGHT questions ❌

Don’t just ask:
“Can you do housework?”
“Can you take care of kids?”

Because the answer will always be: “Yes.”

✔ Better way:
Ask situational questions!

For example:
👉 “What would you do if a child keeps crying?”
👉 “How would you manage if there are many house tasks?”
👉 “If you made a mistake and got corrected, what would you do?”

From the answers, you can see:
✔ Experience
✔ Responsibility
✔ Thinking & attitude
✔ Willingness to learn

✔ Another important point:
Be clear about your expectations first.

Such as:
▪ Need to take care of kids?
▪ Need to cook?
▪ High housework standards?

Then observe:
✔ Confidence
✔ Hesitation
✔ Whether they ask questions

Skills can be taught,
but attitude is hard to change ✨

真实画面：

回家度假一个月的Kakak，
而我们这一个月，真的像在“度日如年”。
所有的家务、琐碎小事，
从早到晚，全都我一个人包办。

好不容易熬过这30天，
今天终于可以去机场接她回来了。
孩子们一路上兴奋到不行，
一到机场更是直接冲出去，
看到Kakak的那一刻，头也不回😂

那一瞬间我真的在想，到底谁才是他们的妈啊🫠
但说真的，
我们一直都把她当作家人。
家有Kakak 如有一宝

Real moment sharing：

Kakak went back home for a month,
and for us… it honestly felt like the longest month ever.
All the house chores, the little daily things,
from morning till night ，I handled everything on my own.

Finally made it through those 30 days,
and today we went to the airport to pick her up.

The kids were SO excited the whole way there,and the moment we arrived, they just ran straight to her ，didn’t even look back 😂
At that moment, I was like…

Kakak 突然不见了，该怎么办？

先别慌，处理顺序很重要👇
✔ 检查个人物品是否还在
✔ 查看CCTV，确认最后出现的时间
✔ 先联系 Agency
✔ 同时向大使馆确认情况

如果确认失联：
👉 立即报警备案
👉 联系印尼 / 菲律宾中介
👉 尝试联系她的家人（老公、孩子）
👉 协助她回来配合调查，解决问题

请女佣，不只是日常管理
突发状况的处理，更考验专业和经验。
做对每一步，才能真正安心。

What should you do if your maid suddenly goes missing?

Don’t panic !follow the right steps👇
✔ Check her personal belongings
✔ Review CCTV to identify the last known timing
✔ Contact your agency immediately
✔ Check with the embassy

If she is confirmed missing:
👉 Make a police report immediately
👉 Contact agencies in Indonesia / Philippines
👉 Try reaching her family (husband or children)
👉 Assist in bringing her back to cooperate with investigation and resolve the issue
