CHERITARA is a 3D Art & Interactive gallery that showcases Malay Folk Tales and Legends. Be prepared to meet Sang Kancil, Si Bongkok, Bawang Puteh Bawang Merah and other folklore characters here at at Cheritara.

The artworks that will be showcased are part of the display content at the actual gallery that is currently UNDER CONSTRUCTION , located at DataranUnderground Mall.

Vernacular Sky-Terrace
This 2015 Skyscraper Competition Honorable Mention recipient by KHZNH Studio addresses the issue of growing city populations in Kampung Baru. The world’s cities are growing because of population shift especially concerning rural to city areas in search of jobs and other opportunities in hopes for improvement of lives and creating better future for the younger generations. The exploration of horizontal skyscraper aims to offer dwellers a maximum recreational experience almost as much as living on the ground or surface of the streets, where neighborhood qualities and everyday life practices are carried through. By honoring the culture of the nature setting, the Vernacular Sky-Terrace invites visionary ideas for Kampung Baru to become a better city without ‘touching’ the existing fabric. The basic idea for this project is to elevate the existing site and improvise! The decision of hovering over the existing site is inspired by the aims to create one community consisting of office spaces, apartments, commercial area and public landscape also to generate the largest possible green space open to the public, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city.

NYC Emotive Reality Sky-Platform.

This architectural concept aims at pointing out the relationship and importance of emotions within a living environment. The design analysis takes real-time tweets concerning an event using not only word-by-word analysis, but also through punctuations as well as elements that are associated with the topic event. In other words, an analysis of the emotional response of the topic events is carried out and translated into linguistic style in the form of emotions. The structure of the project acts as a filter that allows the public to explore and experience the hidden reality of the context; the emotional experience of NYC. In other words, it is a tool of communication for the people to understand the “real feeling” of NYC as a living entity. In which, sympathy is a thing of the past as you can now LIVE the feeling. The project becomes the “beating heart” of New York City.

Munich's TINKERbelt Hub

This conceptual architectural-design aims at growing Munich Train Station towards becoming a non-conventional learning and training space where refugees in Europe can integrate into the local community through collaboration of existing automotive and transport industries. As the first port of arrival for refugees in Germany, the Hub will bring experts to help the refugees through providing apprenticeship programmes, adding to the city's role as a network within automotive industry. This conceptual design addresses Munich's crisis of having an overflow of refugees coming in as space become limited. The spaces explored in this concept concern these working-learning spaces such as the Automotive and Transports workshops for cars, buses and trains as well as accommodation for these learners, in which they can temporarily stay until they are able to earn permanent jobs and homes.
