PICORP recently conducted an Executive Development Programme (EDP) on Strategic Performance Management, led by Pn. Fatimah Zahrah Zaid, General Manager, on 5 August 2026 at the R&D Gallery Room, Level 4, Mercu PICORP.

The session served as a foundation towards the upcoming Business Planning session, providing participants with an understanding of key concepts in strategic performance management, particularly Business Intelligence (BI) Analysis and the key components of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).

Participants were introduced to the importance of leveraging business intelligence and data-driven analysis to understand organisational performance, identify trends and insights, and support more informed strategic decision-making. The session also explored the key BSC components in translating strategic objectives into measurable performance indicators and actionable outcomes.

Moving forward, we hope this session will further strengthen the knowledge, strategic thinking, and performance management capabilities of PICORP’s people, equipping them with the necessary foundation to contribute meaningfully to the upcoming Business Planning session and support the achievement of PICORP’s strategic objectives.

Strengthening our leadership’s understanding of climate-related financial disclosures, PICORP recently conducted an Executive Development Programme (EDP) on International Financial Reporting Standard 2 (IFRS S2) Awareness for Management, presented by Puan Fatimah Zahrah Zaid.

The session provided valuable insights into the principles and requirements of IFRS S2, including the importance of climate-related risks, opportunities, and disclosures in supporting transparent and sustainable business practices. The programme also enhanced participants’ awareness of evolving sustainability reporting standards and their relevance in today’s business landscape.

Moving forward, we hope this session will further strengthen the knowledge, competencies, and capabilities of PICORP’s people in understanding and applying IFRS S2 principles, empowering them to support informed decision-making and contribute towards PICORP’s continued sustainability journey.

PICORP successfully concluded its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 24 June 2026, marking our second consecutive year hosting a fully physical gathering.

In line with our theme, “Aligned for Excellence in Science, Service and Sustainability,” the physical setting fostered meaningful, face-to-face dialogue between our Board of Directors, executive management, and valued shareholders.

During the formal proceedings, all tabled resolutions were successfully passed, reinforcing our governance framework and corporate trajectory. The subsequent interactive Q&A session allowed for a transparent, insightful exchange regarding our operational roadmap and ESG-driven strategy.

Following the official adjournment, conversations continued during a lunch reception, offering an invaluable opportunity for networking and strengthening stakeholder connections. We extend our sincere thanks to all shareholders for their active participation and continued trust in our shared journey toward sustained transformation.
