Job Scope

- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
- Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s in tax, accounting, or finance
- Minimum 3-10 years’ experience in accounting/finance
- Experience with financial reporting requirements

Job Description
-In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Order deliveries and Production/Shipment schedules in timely.

-Plan and manage company's purchasing operations, including sourcing and selection of vendors, price comparison, issuing purchase orders, and follow up on delivery of goods.

-Be responsible for inventory holding, producing report for stock trend analysis.

-Coordinate with warehouse team and vendors to manage and find solutions for defective goods and services.

-Controlling inventory levels to keeping stock controls system up to date and ensuring reconciling with data storage system.

-Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

-Knowledge in Handling online platforms(Lazada, Shopee and Tabao)

Requirements
-2 to 3 years relevant experience in similar capacity, preferably in manufacturing or trading industry.

-Proactive, a good team player and able to work independently.

-Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of Autocount system

-Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply and if you have working experience is an advance, preferably specializing in Purchasing, Inventory, Material and Warehouse Management or equivalent.

-You possess strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

-Good communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin(to manage Taboa platform)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible in carrying out repair installation and commissioning of CCTV, Door access, and Alarm Security systems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance works for customers as per schedule and attend to service requests.
- Provide customers with continuous technical support.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and configure access control, security, intrusion alarm, closed circuit television, camera systems, and other various security related systems.
- Experience performing work in troubleshooting and; resolving electronic hardware/software interface and interoperability problems in a security access control and CCTV environment.
- Performs upgrades and additions to systems in order to increase functionality and usability.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a team player and work well with others.
- Must have the ability to communicate professionally, utilizing face to face, telephone, and electronic communications.
- Manage task assignment, performance monitoring and project risks.
- Create and develop performance report, delivery method, scope of work, and general duties records.
- Give training and mentorship to team members to make them better on the job.
