Racking Empire Sdn Bhd was established in 2019 by three founders — Whyte, TT, and Lian. Combining strong expertise in warehousing, manufacturing, and market development, the company was built from the ground up with a clear vision: to deliver efficient, systematic, and intelligent warehouse solutions.
In its early stage, the company focused on addressing immediate market needs rather than entering complex systems. By introducing high value-for-money 2-in-1 modular racking systems (boxed / DIY concept), Racking Empire quickly gained market traction. With flexible installation, fast delivery, and consistent product quality, the company successfully built a solid customer base and achieved steady growth.
As the business expanded, Racking Empire continuously upgraded its product range and service capabilities, evolving from basic storage solutions to mid- and large-scale warehouse systems. Its offerings now include Pallet Racking Systems, Wire Mesh Decking, customized storage solutions, and industrial applications, positioning the company as a comprehensive solution provider in system integration and warehouse planning.
Today, Racking Empire delivers a fully integrated service model covering design, manufacturing, installation, and project management. The company is also actively advancing into warehouse automation and intelligent logistics by integrating 4-Way Shuttle Systems, AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots), and WMS / WCS platforms, enabling clients to achieve higher efficiency, accuracy, and space utilization.
In addition, Racking Empire places strong emphasis on long-term system performance by providing a comprehensive After-Sales Service and Technical Support framework, including preventive maintenance, system optimization, rapid troubleshooting, and on-site support. On the international front, Racking Empire is actively expanding its global footprint and progressively entering the U.S. market, further strengthening its international presence and business capabilities.
