Q: How to maintain the Silver 925 jewelry? A: Avoid perfume, lotion & water when you are wearing them to remain the sparkle. You can use a Silver Polishing Cloth as well (purchasable from us). Q: How do I know if it fits my size? A: All jewelry comes in a general size and some are adjustable that would fit into any sizes. Q: How long will my order take to be shipped out? A: 1-3 days for us to process your order and payment verification. Shipping will usually take 3 working days excluding Weekends and Public Holidays. Tracking details will be provided once your item has been shipped. Q: How much is the shipping fee? A: Shipping fee is charged at a flat rate basis - RM8 West Malaysia, RM15 East Malaysia
Q: What are the refund policy? A: There will be NO EXCHANGE for any purchases made. We will refund within 3 days IF there is any defect on the item. Usually we will check before shipping out.
