Understanding the importance of inclusivity, we also conducted a separate Town Hall Meeting for our Night Shift security team, ensuring equal recognition and engagement across all shifts.

Our Northern Region management team, together with CEO Mr. Gunnalan and Head of Operations Mr. Avinaysh, were present to personally appreciate the dedication and commitment of our night shift guards.

During the session, Best Performance Certificates and cash tokens were awarded, followed by motivational addresses and guidance from our leadership team to encourage professionalism, consistency, and long-term commitment with V-Global.

We recently conducted a Town Hall Meeting for our Day Shift security team as part of our ongoing engagement with frontline personnel in the Northern Region.

The session was attended by our entire Northern Region management team, including CEO Mr. Gunnalan Periasamy and Head of Operations Mr. Avinaysh, reflecting our leadership’s strong commitment to people engagement and operational excellence.

To ensure inclusivity and equal engagement, we conducted a second Town Hall Meeting session for our security guards working in Nift shifts, together with our valued client.

This session continued our focus on open communication, performance recognition, and team engagement. Certificates and appreciation tokens were presented to guards who demonstrated strong discipline and commitment, while operational updates were shared and feedback from the ground was encouraged.

Our CEO, Mr. Gunnalan, and Head of Operations, Mr. Avinaysh, once again took time to appreciate the team’s efforts, motivate them, and provide guidance for guards interested in extending their contract and growing with V-Global.
