Are you a detail-oriented accounting and finance professional with a passion for numbers?

Our client, a Cyberjaya-based creative video production company, is seeking for a Senior Accounts & Finance Executive position to lead the Department. The Company specialises in high-quality video production and visual storytelling, creating impactful content for various industries.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for accounting and finance professionals in a dynamic, fast-growing creative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To prepare scheduled Management Accounts to support financial decision-making.
• To prepare and analyse cash flow forecasts and budget planning.
• To ensure accounting and financial management systems is up and running, and comply with accounting standards (eg. MFRS), tax regulations, and internal company policies.
• To implement and manage e-invoicing processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and integrating with existing accounting systems.
• To liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities to support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• To monitor project costing and progress claims, and analyze the variances.
* To prepare Department’s KPIs that align with Company’s KPIs.
* To monitor Company’s Liquidity, Profitability and Solvency that align with Debt and Equity Financing requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance. Professional qualifications in ACCA or CAT is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in project-based accounting and finance is added advantage.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks or equivalent accounting softwar
