👮👮‍♀️👩‍🚒👩‍💻36 WOMEN. ONE JOURNEY. SHAPING THE NEXT GENERATION OF SECURITY LEADERS.

On behalf of YBhg Dato’ Sasikala Devi Subramaniam, we are excited to welcome 36 participants to the PERANTIS Women Leadership in Security (WLIS) 2026, training and mentoring programme, kicking off on 21 and 22 September 2026 at Wyndham Acmar Klang.

PERANTIS Icon 2026, YBhg. Dato’ Sasikala Devi Subramaniam will set the journey in motion and inspire participants to step forward with greater confidence, purpose and courage.

This year’s diverse cohort brings together women from across Malaysia’s security and enforcement ecosystem, including student leaders from uniformed bodies, police and military officers, Fire and Rescue Department (BOMBA) personnel, enforcement officers from agencies under the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN), as well as professionals in physical security and cybersecurity.

This diversity reflects what WLIS is all about: creating a platform for women across different areas and stages of their security careers to learn, connect, exchange experiences, build meaningful networks and strengthen their leadership capabilities together.

As the security landscape continues to evolve, we believe women have an increasingly important role to play in shaping its future.

Pengarah Urusan Berani Guard / BG Capital Holdings merupakan Mantan AJK PIKM (Tahun 2014-2019) dan Naib Presiden PIKM wanita pertama (Tahun 2019-2023).

Selepas 9 tahun berkhidmat, Puan Saliza mengambil keputusan tidak bertanding bagi memberi ruang kepada ahli lain, khususnya wanita untuk lebih aktif dalam tampuk kepimpinan PIKM.
