Pengarah Urusan Berani Guard / BG Capital Holdings merupakan Mantan AJK PIKM (Tahun 2014-2019) dan Naib Presiden PIKM wanita pertama (Tahun 2019-2023).

Selepas 9 tahun berkhidmat, Puan Saliza mengambil keputusan tidak bertanding bagi memberi ruang kepada ahli lain, khususnya wanita untuk lebih aktif dalam tampuk kepimpinan PIKM.
