Am sure many of you can relate to this as we ZOOM, TEAMS and HANGOUT everyday in this now not so new NORMAL anymore.

In choosing to buy a property, it's always LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. However, in virtual presentations and online training, it's always ENGAGEMENT, ENGAGEMENT, ENGAGEMENT!!!

You might say, We Know, We Know, We Know. But how??

How do I get them to turn on their cameras so I don't feel like I am talking to myself the whole time. How do I know if they are not multitasking and doing something else?
