Comforace was designing from combination of our company name, Comfori Sdn Bhd (Comfo) and the words Race. Comforace team building was introduced by Comfori Sdn Bhd in the year of 2014 and became one of the top of training program request by the corporate company in all industry in Malaysia. Comforace goal is to help the company in solving their corporate issues such as communication, leadership, decision making, team bonding and motivation. We identified the key common area of corporate issue with competency and we provide a solution of the issue with training need analysis that we divided in two categories of training which is indoor training and outdoor activities. Comforace team building will touch individual at a personal level of deeper understanding of each other and rapidly increasing teamwork and team play. Hence, participants can provide an enhanced understanding and a frame of reference which promote group solution and generating a problem solving. Throughout this program, participants can apply processes that build skills with individual, team and organizations. At the end, participants will have sense of belonging at organizations by understanding the work functions.
