Job Title: Customer Service cm Sales (Remote)

Proficiency in Chinese and English is mandatory. Japanese language skills are not required but would be a plus.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for Japan and a background in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in a travel agency and possess basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PDF.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and handle client inquiries, providing both customer service and sales support, with a focus on closing sales.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Develop and create materials related to tours.
Qualifications:
- Interest in or familiarity with Japan.
- Previous experience in a travel agency is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDF).
- Excellent customer service skills.
