WE ARE LOOKING FOR INHOUSE SALES EXECUTIVE
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities for International & Corporate Relocation vertical of the organization. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Diploma/Degree or Standard Tertiary Education
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (added advantage)

Be able to work independently under minimal supervision

Explore and develop new sales growth opportunities.
Build and sustain a strong network base with customers to have consistent sales growth.
Issue quotation and sales order confirmation
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
To attend exhibitions and visit customers (when required).
Understand customer enquiry & source dynamically based on the requirements.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales analysis/report.
Cover SME Chinese speaking market
Any other ad-hoc tasks, as and when required by the superior.
Job Requirements :

Min 3 years IT solutions sales
Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field.
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Self motivated and has good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Able to take on multi-taks, work independently and as a team player, with positive working attitude.

You will be working close together with our pre-sales to pitch cloud & datacenter solutions to enterprises and SME customers. The key points of your job purposes are as :-
• Understanding customers' business needs and requirement and providing solutions
• Following up projects and opportunities closely
• Working closely with pre-sales team and senior sales, ensuring right solutions are being proposed
• Working closely with technology partners and reseller partners to expand sales channels
• Meeting sales targets and KPIs to earn attractive commission payout
• Sharing ideas to improve company's offering so we can help more customers
• Qualify and close the sales' opportunities and leads
Requirement

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
Able to run outdoor sales, hold online meetings and generate leads via cold calls.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to use Microsoft Words and Excel well
Basic knowledge in IT
Good sales or business development skill and business acumen.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in IT solutions/Cloud/Datacenter or similar Hi-tech environment.
Most importantly, willing to learn in both sales and IT
Responsible for the creation, implementation, and ex*****on of action sales plan.
Actively seek out sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Canvassing for new accounts, develop customer’s base, appraise key business opportunities in our market segments
Responsible for the sales process from initial point of contact, presentations, proposals through contract negotiations and ex*****on.
Attending relevant exhibitions, conference, and meetings
Negotiating contracts and packages
Create frequent reviews and sales reports
Meet/exceed minimum monthly and annual sales objectives
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years sales experience
At least O Level, SPM/STPM/’A’ Level/Pre-U and Fresh grade are encouraged to apply
Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team
Knowledge in Financial industry would be an advantage but not essential
Must be pleasant, well groomed, matured and communicate well in English, Mandarin, and local dialect
Possess own transportation
