Fixed Fire Suppression System Servicing, Recovery & Refilling Specialist | Malaysia
As a fixed fire suppression system specialist in Malaysia, our company operates in a strictly regulated, high-stakes market.
Operating out of Seri Kembangan puts us ASPIRE FIRE PROTECTION SDN. BHD. centrally in the industrial and commercial hub of Selangor, allowing us to quickly service across the Klang Valley and nationwide.
Because fire suppression is essential for saving lives and protecting critical infrastructure (like data centers, manufacturing plants, telecommunications, power generation, oil & gas, and electrical switch rooms), our services are aligned with strict local laws.
Our services support BOMBA-compliant maintenance, hydrostatic testing and refilling for FM200, Novec 1230 (FK-5-1-12), CO2, Wet Chemical and Inert gas fire suppression systems.
Routine servicing and preventive maintenance schedules in Malaysia follow local MS Standards, the Fire Service Act 1988 (Act 341) and NFPA guidelines.
Essential Servicing Requirements in Malaysia
✔️ Routine Inspections – Checking cylinders, pipe networks, release mechanisms, and control panels for pressure drops or damage
✔️ Semi-Annual Weigh Checks – Bomba standards require chemical cylinder weight and pressure checks every 6 months; a weight loss of over 5% or pressure loss over 10% requires an immediate refill
✔️ Agent Refilling & Hydrostatic Testing – Refilling clean agents or CO2 and pressure-testing cylinders periodically. Cylinders must undergo hydrostatic testing every 5 to 10 years (depending on manufacturing standards) to verify structural integrity
✔️ Enclosure Integrity – Annual Room Integrity Fan Testing is mandatory, using calibrated door fan equipment to measure room leakage and verify agent hold time, thus ensuring the room can hold the gas for at least 10 minutes to prevent re-ignition
