1.1 We provide technical and visionary support on development of the strategy for organizations, including strategic planning. This includes:
a) Developing organizational strategy/guide on programme integration, Child Rights, Gender, Child and Youth Development and on education
b) Provide support to organizations on developing their strategic plans: We provide technical and visionary support to organizations on development of strategic plans. This includes supporting strategic aligning of organizational interventions with the organizational vision and mission, provide support on reviewing or redirecting the strategic plans according to organizational change.
c) We also facilitate strategic planning workshops or facilitation of strategic plan development. This basically means that we develop strategic plans for organizations
