Equine Transeva Technique Practitioner

Equine Transeva Technique Practitioner The Winks Greene Transeva is used to treat musculoskeletal pain in horses. And just like humans, horse's muscles are often in need of attention.

Just like humans, horses are also athletes who are asked to perform tasks or movements they would not naturally do. Muscular restrictions tends to go unnoticed as the horse will compensate in order to still perform said task. More often than not the restriction is only noted by the rider when a horse starts to misbehave or prove unable to carry out a specific movement or task. Using the Winks Gree

ne Transeva, rhythmic pulses are generated which make the muscles contract and relax. These rhythmic pulses allow for an increased circulation, increased lymph flow, the breaking down of scar tissue and correction of muscle movement. The Transeva can help any horse either by working through the restriction and removing the pain for the horse, or by simply improving the way the muscles move allowing for more dynamic movement of the horse.

Hello all. It's been a while since I posted and how time is flying! I am very excited to report that I have been invited to the Garmin Blaze & Demo Event taking place in Swakopmund this weekend. With this technology horse riders and trainers alike have a new way to track the health data of their beloved athletic partners. I am looking forward to seeing this technology in action and learning more about what it all has to offer.

A big thank you to Radio Electronic Walvis Bay for the invitation.

Every now and then I have the privilege of working with horses that respond so well to treatment that they "jump out of their skin" with relief....please excuse the pun :) The improvement in muscle tone and general calmness in such a short time has been awe-inspiring and it just reminds me why we do what we do. Thank you for the opportunity and best of luck in the upcoming show.

As promised part two :) My previous post focused on the muscle tone and change in movement during a Transeva treatment. Here you can see a big release from the horse as the muscles have relaxed by the end of treatment.
A happy horse makes for a much better ride.

Hi all. Long time no post 😉 In this video it is possible to see the difference in muscle tone with only a slight movement of the hand piece to each side. With the use of the Transeva machine we are able to pinpoint areas of stiffness or restriction in the muscle, and can work to release this tension. As you can see how the muscle moves also changes by the end of the video. Muscle restriction in horses can result in not only pain, but difficulty performing certain movements. Stay tuned for part two where this horse demonstrates the relief felt by the end of his Transeva session.
