/ Refurbishment of Existing Office Building for FNB Namibia /

Refurbishment of existing office a 6-story office block in the CBD of Windhoek situated in the well know Post Street Mall arcade for First National Bank Namibia. Refurbishment comprised of stripping out of existing tenant fit-out and converting office space into a complete white box as well as construction of a new fire escape route and staircase. The entrance foyer was refurbed and fitted out with a modern new look. Office floors to having new entrance foyers constructed and ablutions.
