ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a private Company with a common goal of producing diversified agricultural products and provide tourism services, whilst providing food security to the local and regional markets. The Company aims to be the leading, profitable, market driven company that provides quality agricultural products and tourism services, locally and internationally in an environmentally sustainable manner. Its main operations are based at its 57,000 Ha farm in Kavango West.

Our Client is hereby seeking the services of a vibrant and innovative individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to join the team in the following senior management position:

MANAGER: FARM OPERATIONS
DUTY STATION: FARM (KAVANGO WEST)

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To manage the daily operations of the farm by implementing the short-term business strategies, applying innovative and sound business principles as well as service excellence to customers and stakeholders in order to ensure the farm runs effectively, efficiently and profitably. The incumbent is expected to keep up to date with developments in the field of commercial farming and business development in order to implement innovative business ideas that result into breakthrough results. The position will in the interim report directly to the Board of Directors.

A well-established restaurant in Windhoek has the following vacancies:

1) CASHIER;
Minimum Grade 12 Certificate, with at least 1 year relevant working experience and strong numerical ability (this will be tested). Previous cash handling, banking and administration experience is a MUST. Must also be computer literate and attentive to detail.

2) CLEANER.
No minimum educational or experience requirements, however incumbent must be able to read and write. Previous experience will be an added advantage.

Some other core skills required from all our employees is the ability to take initiative, exceptional customer service skills, great attitude, flexibility, tolerance to stress as well as the ability and willingness to work well in a team.

Previous relevant working experience within the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
