Hodago Fishing signs new wage agreement with NFI & FWU
Hodago Fishing (Pty) Ltd, a formidable operator in the Horse Mackerel subsector, recently signed a new wage agreement with NFI &FWU when they concluded and signed the Wage Settlement agreement for 2022 after well conducted negotiations.
The social partners have over the years enjoyed and maintained a rewarding relationship for both parties in the interest of its employees, both off and onshore. The sealing of the new deal speaks to the Recognition and Procedural Agreement of 2015, it brings with it an array of increased benefits for the employees on a yearly basis.
The company is not immune to global economic forces and other factors affecting the business environment and therefore calls for all stakeholders of the business to be cognizant of these dynamics and safeguard the operations and sustainability of the entity.
