Walked into Checkers yesterday around 11h30 ,and wanted to order A meat platter it cost like N$249.00 While the lady walking over the counter wanted to assist me even though she said it was a bit late to order but next time I should order A day in advance .While I wanted A bit of grilled and fried chicken ,but the lady said they only use grilled but than she recommended I buy various food and she puts on platter than I can have the fried and grilled .Cool she goes ahead to ask manageress if she can use packaging ,I was standing and looking from A distance .Seeing from the body language I saw she did not support what the lady had in mind ,after a while I was called and she said it could not be done .Now the question comes who would you employ as As A supervisor at your restaurant ?Manageress or the food assistant
,and give A reason.
