Tuesday Message of Hope

It’s Tuesday, and maybe it feels like you’re still carrying the weight from Monday… or from weeks that haven’t gone your way. Trouble has a way of making tomorrow look the same as today. But here’s the truth: trouble doesn’t get the final word.

Do not allow the crowd or praise singers to push you out when it is not time. I will be back.

Happy Monday, May 25th 2026 🌅

Mondays get a bad rap, but they’re really just a reset button. Whatever last week looked like, today is a fresh 24 hours where you get to choose how you show up.

A quick word for today:
You don’t have to conquer everything at once. Pick one thing that matters, give it your best focus, and let that momentum carry you. Small, consistent steps on a Monday often beat grand plans that never start.

It’s easy to underestimate what can change in a week when you start today. You’ve got more capability and resilience than you feel right now.

Stay focused and avoid troubles.

Hey, happy Saturday 👋

I know things have been rough lately, but I was thinking about you today and wanted to share a few ways forward that might help cut through the noise. No pressure to do all of this—just food for thought:

1.Shrink the focus to 7 days:
When everything feels heavy, zoom out and only plan for the next week. What’s the _one_ thing that, if you moved it forward, would make the rest feel 10% easier? Win that first, then reset on next Saturday.

2.Audit where your energy is going:
Hard times make us leak time and energy on stuff that doesn’t move the needle. List out what’s draining you vs. what’s building you. Cut 1 drainer this week and double down on 1 builder, even if it’s small.

3.Reactivate 2 people in your corner:
You don’t have to carry this alone. Message 2 people who’ve got your back—not to vent, but to ask for one specific thing: advice, a connection, or just accountability. Most people want to help but wait to be asked.

4.Protect your baseline first:
Sleep, food, movement, and 10 mins of quiet daily. Sounds basic, but strategy falls apart if you’re running on empty. Guard those 4 things like they’re non-negotiable.

You’re tougher than this moment, and it won’t last forever.
