when I define you I see someone who shines with strength, A human being who has experienced so much in such a short span of life that it's difficult to understand how you became this way, it's difficult to understand how can someone be this kind, this giving love for others that you fall short to love yourself. How long do you suffer?

So many people believe that suffering is a right of passage and actually choose to stay in that state. Sometime just because of familiarity. Comfort, even thought painful.

“You’re not suffering in the fact. You are suffering in the perception of the fact.”

All of these, Pain, Fear, and Suffering is temporary. How long we experience them is dependent to how long we insist on holding on to them. Even in our mind through a limited perception.

When we experience pain, we either move away from the source, fix the source, or heal ourselves.

When we experience fear, we acknowledge the truth, find the courage to face it, or we run right through it.

When we experience suffering, it is because we choose to relive the pain, fear, or trauma. We stop suffering when we decide to acknowledge the source, learn from the situation, and choose to let it go.

So many hold on to these experiences for justification of why they feel a certain way. To try to understand why. To fall into victimhood and alleviate the responsibility of the situation.

When you are ready, choose to learn from the pain and heal. To acknowledge the fear and find courage. To see the choice of suffering and refuse it so you can move on.

I will never say it is easy to do any of these, but they are still a choice of how long you will endure them.

Choose differently,
Experience differently,
Live differently.

Why does the truth make us fearless?

Truth is the ultimate power because nothing lies beyond it. When we speak up the truth, we become a part of this power, and that's why we become fearless.

Sometimes we are too fearful of owning our mistakes and telling the truth because we are afraid of the consequences. We fear the loss or embarrassment we may experience. So we choose to hide the facts. We may get through and feel relieved in that particular situation or moment, but it doesn't last. We live in fear that the truth may get revealed. It does nothing but makes us anxious and afraid all the time.

Always be with the truth. If the situation doesn't allow it, find the right moment and person to reveal it. It may seem complicated and stressful once but will give you a clear conscious for a lifetime.

On days when you were not able to catch the train on time, or when you found yourself as the last person standing in a queue, may you never forget that there are these tiny and ordinary things that are beautiful to watch too as they slowly unfold while you are taking pauses.

Yes, everyone may be ahead of you and starting to unlock and live their dreams. Yes, you may have seen them starting to win, but don’t you see that you are winning too? It doesn’t matter how grand or small it is, what matters is you celebrate for it. Do not be disheartened to see yourself not getting in places yet.

If you feel like you are not worthy of anything just because you have not proven anything to yourself yet or you have nothing to offer yet, may you be reminded that you are not less worthy of the good things regardless of your progress and disposition.

In the end of the day, you will understand why you had to be where you are in the moment.

Hmmm

Life will make you feel worst sometimes and good sometimes. It will continue to be uncertain, challenging and difficult at times. It will continue to give you vague road signs. It will continue to toss you and spin you around until you will lose balance. It will continue to push you around not until you learn how things work for you, whether you go along with it and be complacent or fight back and take risks. But it is never less true that living through its stormy scene and getting through every rough road are part of it— you will still continue to find yourself moving forward, you will still continue to find reasons to ride another train, you will still continue to live and breathe. You may have bottled up a lot of fears and uncertainties at night, but you will still find yourself giving everything a shot the next day.

And I think that is beautiful to see somehow—to carry on regardless of what life may throw at us.

Understand that there are some things and situations in your life that will go out of your hands, not because you failed to keep them from your tight grip but because everything is not under your control. There are some things that are not pre-determined, that are unpredictable and uncertain. You cannot catch everything all at once. Still, may you stop blaming yourself for all the failures and mistakes, for all the disappointments and misfortunes. May you find the courage to let go, accept, learn, and trust the process.
