Lagos State released its Cybersecurity Guidelines 2025.

The guidelines set out practical steps for SMEs, large organisations, and MDAs on how to manage cybersecurity, from basic protections like MFA and backups to governance, risk management, and incident response.

The Guidelines also align with existing frameworks (NDPA and Cybercrime Act).
