I pity those that still speaks to their customer’s in a rude manner. Responding to customers harshly can lead to a loss of business and a damaged reputation. It's like, when you're on the receiving end, you'd want someone to listen and help, right? 😊
The truth is, your competitors will be smiling and also welcome those your customers with good customer service.
When dealing with customers, come on… it’s all about empathy and tone.

You need to stay calm, keep your cool, seek support. This type of case requires caution and professionalism
