*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
Helping the organizationβs in formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring materials and resources and securing compliance.
Increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
Manage budgets and forecasts.
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Recruit, train and supervise staffs.
Adhering to the operating budget, financial goals, and objectives with economic and efficient performance.
Establishing policies and procedures that support high standards and quality healthcare services, in partnership with hospital management, medical teams, and the surrounding community.
Managing a team of healthcare professionals
Influencing strategic decisions related to healthcare functions
Resolving operational issues and analysing workflow.
Advertisement, secure regular long-term contracts with clients, make publication of services.
Attending to meetings, seminars and means of advancing the profitability of the company's services.
*REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS*
Proven work experience as Operational Manager or similar role
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Experience budgeting and forecasting.
Familiarity with business and financial principles.
Excellent communication skills.
Outstanding organisational skills.
Transformational leadership ability.
Emotional intelligence and motivational driven.
Degree in Business administration, Operations Management or related field
little knowledge on healthcare management is an added advantage.
At least 5 years of work experience in the same capacity, and 2 years working experience as a manager.
Computer literacy and experience with MS Office and other working softwares application.
Other professional certificates is an added advantage.
