Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) according to policy and legal requirements.

Update HR databases and assist in payroll preparation.

Prepare HR policies and procedures.

Provide counseling on policies and procedures.

Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.

Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.

*REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS*

Proven work experience as a human resource officer.

Should possess minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience.

Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.

Computer literacy and experience with MS Office and other working softwares application.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

Strong ethics and reliability.

HR certifications will be an add advantage.
