Sales Executive (Renewable Energy)

Are you a tech-savvy sales professional with a knack for closing deals and a passion for renewable energy? Our client in the renewable energy sector is looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to join their team in Port Harcourt.

This is a hybrid role designed for a self-starter who can manage leads from social media, lead a small remote team, and engage in physical client acquisition.

The Role:
• Location: Azikiwe Road (Next to Spar), Port Harcourt.
• Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote).
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Key Focus: Lead conversion, team coordination, and business development.

What You’ll Do
• Lead Management: Convert high-quality leads generated by the social media team into closed sales.
• Strategic Sales: Develop and execute strategies to hit monthly revenue targets.
• Relationship Building: Manage the full sales cycle and maintain strong client relationships for referrals.
• Team Coordination: Manage a small remote team to ensure seamless operations and KPI delivery.
• Field Work: Conduct physical prospecting and client presentations to expand market reach.
• Reporting: Use CRM tools to track activities and provide data-driven insights to management.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics (OND/Diploma with strong experience also considered).
• Experience: 1–3+ years in sales or business development with a proven track record of hitting targets.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable working/managing teams remotely.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.

From the table of our Founder !!!

As promised 😊

Those who know me well can attest to how I love listening to people’s experiences.

For me, it’s not just about getting to the top in any career or life endeavor—I always want to know how those who have hacked it did it. I love genuine process stories, the ups and downs, the real lessons. That’s why I always encourage those who have attained certain heights to share their journey so others can pick up one or two things. If you ask me how I got a job or achieved something, I won’t just tell you “it is God” I will tell you the process God used to do it for me.

Recently, I became the Chief Corporate Officer of the firm I work for, and as I thought about my journey so far, I couldn’t help but to think of ways to give back, an idea came to me: Why not create a platform where professionals from different fields can share their journeys and lessons learned along the way?

And so, I’m excited to introduce: My Career Journey with Obiora!

For the first episode, I’ll be sharing my HR career journey—how I started, the challenges, the key moments, and the strategies that helped me navigate my way to this point. Subsequently I will invite others from different fields and backgrounds to share their journey with us.
