MY STORY — UBANI MERCY PRONESIS
Hi, my name is Ubani Mercy Pronesis. I come from a family of seven, the third child. Life for me wasn’t just hard—it was survival from the very beginning.
I was born in the middle of a religious riot in Sambongari, Kano. That riot took everything my parents ever worked for. Growing up, poverty wasn't a word—it was my reality. At just 9 years old, I started hawking on the streets to support my family. In that struggle, I was abused, hurt, and broken, but I had no other option. I was just a child trying to survive.
Despite everything, I was brilliant. I represented Nigeria in several academic competitions, bringing home 3 trophies, 17 medals, and 6 placards. I was promised a scholarship to study at the University of the UN in Cairo. That scholarship would have changed everything—but because of financial challenges, and the excuse that my form was “missing,” that opportunity disappeared. Just like that, my dream of university faded. I gave up on school, and honestly, I almost gave up on life.
I became a salesgirl, earning ₦15,000 a month—barely enough to survive, let alone help my family.
Then something changed.
I came in contact with the AA Project. Through powerful mentorship and guidance, this broke girl who could barely feed herself became an Amazon Ambassador, earning over ₦500,000 monthly. Within a year, that grew to ₦1 million per month. But the best part? I’ve been able to help many others earn 6 and 7 figures too.
Today, I’m not just financially free—I’m part of A VISION TO RAISED financially free people who will raise more financially free people, so we can collectively use our resources to impact the world positively.
I am Ubani Mercy Pronesis.
I am an Amazon Ambassador.
I am a Diamond Woman.
And I am proof that your “why” can rewrite your future.
