As part of the 15th Anniversary Staff Retreat of Mak-Nisy. The Val Okafor Company had the privilege of facilitating a powerful Workplace Productivity & Performance Excellence Training for the Mak-Nisy team.

Because organisations don’t become excellent by accident.

Excellence is built when people understand their roles, take ownership of results, work with intentionality, and continuously raise the standard of performance.

The session explored practical approaches to improving workplace productivity, strengthening performance, taking responsibility, managing priorities, and building a culture where every team member understands that their contribution matters to the bigger picture.
