1. PURPOSE
The parties enter into this agreement to define the financial expectations and mutual commitments of their romantic relationship, ensuring emotional and personal integrity.
2. COVENANTS & LIQUIDATED DAMAGES
The parties agree that any breach of the following emotional commitments shall result in the payment of Liquidated Damages to the aggrieved party:
A. Infidelity (Cheating):
In the event that either party engages in a s£xual or R0mantic relationship with a third party during the subsistence of this agreement, the breaching party shall pay the sum of 50,000,000 NGN (Fifty Million Naira)
B. Emotional Abandonment (Heartbreak):
Should either party terminate the relationship without just cause or in a manner that causes significant emotional distress, the party responsible shall pay the sum of 50,000,000 NGN (Fifty Million Naira)
C. Breach of Promise to Marry:
If a party, after a formal commitment or reasonable expectation of marriage, unilaterally decides not to proceed with the union, they shall be liable to pay 100,000,000 NGN (One Hundred Million Naira) as compensation for time and emotional investment.
4. GOVERNING LAW**
This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
