In the past couple of days post the Beautyinthemotherland event.

Tabloids have being reporting positively and I’m glad they are maintaining the narrative that we talked passionately about. And that is the place of the media in information dissemination and how businesses can remain relevant despite the economic downturn.

I always hammer on the need to be visible and also capitalize on building networks at events. This was memorable for me. You will see dividends from this program’s network play out from next year.

Today I’m just filled with gratitude. Not because its my anniversary (can’t even remember the exact month or date😅) but it all started in 2008.

Sometimes it’s easy to forget how far you have come because you are looking at where you want to get to. I woke up with an overwhelming feeling of gratitude today. And I hope it rubs off on someone who’s being on this journey.

DO YOU KNOW THAT LESS THAN 30% of beauty businesses in Nigeria are structured properly?

Most owners run their businesses from “their heads” literally; so what they forget is forgotten and the day anything happens to them, business is paused.

Then some just let the business and staff run itself.

Either way you can do better. And that is how you start making money.
