You Have More Power Than You Think. Look Inward!

As an educator and mentor, I’ve seen how transformation starts in the classroom, in a conversation, in small acts of kindness.
Real impact doesn't always come with applause—it comes quietly through the lives you touch, the children you inspire, the communities you serve, and the dreams you help others believe in. Here this ; especially the children you teach and inspire.
Don’t underestimate your role.
You don’t need a big stage to make a big difference. Keep showing up. Keep giving back. Keep believing. Keep stepping.
Great change starts with small, consistent steps.
Let’s keep building a world where no one is left behind.
Take a step, it might be shaky, gallopy, like the toddler some of us teach or children learning to read or even learners waiting for Pen Licence Day and even the new teacher that just resumed.
Just begin! In these steps holds that idea that triggers a plan, comes mistakes and self doubt, depression, next little success, mega obstacle while trying to stay positive, another obstacle , a boost, intentional optimization, then success.
At this point repeat the process then the stepping will be less shaky.
