Happy International Youth Day!
On this day when we celebrate the potential game changers of the society…
The foundation raisers of many generations…
The repairers of the breach…
The restorers of the street to live…
The ones at the gearing positions responsible to steer their destinies and that of many by not backing down, not quitting, not relenting and definitely not giving up even in a world and system that is in control and at the same time out of control!
We keep hearing and must listen to the same arrangement of words such as these that have to continually resonate with us in navigating this tricky territory called ‘Youthfulness’ in this game of ‘Life’:
“We must be the change we wish to see in the world”- Gandhi
“Stop shrinking to fit into places you’ve outgrown”
“Do not take failure so fatally, and rejection too”
“Always try to be the best version of yourself”
“Are you able to say no, not yes; that is Freedom. Let out words like: ‘It is not okay by me’ and you will be fine ”
“You are solely responsible for your happiness ”
“Words can be forgiven, but not forgotten. Choose them thoughtfully”
“You don’t want to waste your life trying to live someone else’s. Act what is written of you ”
“You show you are different and give people a different experience, then you show you are beautiful”
“Being slow is not detrimental, stopping is. Hence, the waiting period (speed mode initiation) catalyzes finding your true purpose and living it by redefinition, repositioning and realignment ”
“Just feed your focus, trust the process, and everything will align for your good”
