1.Give out what you don’t use and don’t buy or keep what you are not using.When your needs are limited,your problems will be limited.
2.Always remind yourself that life is temporary and everything and everyone shall come to pass.
3.Avoid worrying about everything and meddling into everything that stresses your heart and mental health.
4.Sometimes switch off your data and free yourself from unending information,streams,reels and skits no matter how important they are.Just set your phone for normal calls.
5.Avoid toxic people whose words or deeds add no value to your life.
6.Pray and have faith in your prayers and believe that your prayers will be answered.
7.Make it a habit to help someone even if it’s once a week or month.By lighting someone’s World,you lighten yourself.
8.Take a walk in an open field and do maintain some schedule for regular exercise.
9.Simple and healthy dietary habits.Drink water not ‘Soft drinks’ or Alcohol.Eat vegetables and not meat.
10.Dont exhaust a whole year without visiting atleast one orphanage or a public hospital with the aim of helping a person you don’t know.
11.Earn a living through your skill,talent,trade or Business.Depend on yourself and be not a burden to anyone.
12.Read atleast one Book in a year.
13.Sometimes,withdraw into your room alone,shut the doors and switch off the lights for two hours and do nothing.This gives you a little glimpse of your grave.
