The Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) and The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) have launched a youth entrepreneurship programme for the Sahel region of Africa. The partnership is aim to empower 100,000 entrepreneurs in 7 Sahel African countries of Northern Nigeria, Niger, Chad, Cameroun, Mauritania, Mali, and Burkina Faso over a 10-year period.
