El Jaiz Investments & services Limited was incorporated in January 2014 as an Investment arm of Jaiz Foundation. Jaiz foundation is a Charity and Developments Foundation established by Jaiz Bank Plc as an independent “Waqf” type Foundation. The Charitable foundation’s major sources of income are present and future non halal accruals o
f Jaiz Bank which are transferred to it and annual donations from the profit of the bank and other sources. El Jaiz Investment & Services Limited was conceived primarily as a special purpose vehicle (SPE) to provide a complete range of services that relate non core activities of Jaiz bank by providing a single point of contact for all its facility needs. It will thus render facility services outsourcing solution to Jaiz Bank Plc, as will as serve as an investment vehicle of the jaiz Foundation and also provide total facilities management service to other companies with a view to improve the daily work place running and to reflect the image most organizations intended to create. It is thus established essentially to support the in-house Human Resources organization of companies depending on their need assessments. The company’s shares are held 99% by Jaiz Foundation with the balance of 1% held by the directors who are also the trustees of Jaiz Foundation. The board is chaired by a seasoned administrator Alhaji Ahmad.S. Maiyaki with other members including Engr. Garba Muhammad Abubakar, Alhaji Ibrahim Adetokumbo onayele, dr kole Shetima and Sheik Adams Abdullahi Idoko. The Business concept of the Company is to offer total facilities management and outsourcing services with a view to saving costs but ensuring the delivery of value to clients and at the same time earns some income. This will be done by developing an effective and efficient recruitment strategy to map right competencies with client’s demands. El Jaiz will indentify business opportunities and expand its services offering, this will be followed by development of a frame work for performance improvement and continuous quality service delivery as well as develop client engagement framework to ensure consistent client satisfaction and repeat business. El jaiz Investments & services Limited will commence by offer a range of facility management services that will include Cleaning, Driver Employment, Security, Front Office, Estate Management and Procurement Services. By these, the company will be providing household and office cleaners, drivers and security personnel, front office tellers and others, estate management and procurement services at Jaiz Bank Plc and its subsidiaries.
