If you look closely at the details, Nigeria has the highest number of cities with high levels of urbanisation in Africa. We have a population boom that needs to be harnessed if not it would have a negative implication. Resources are limited. When more people clamour for the same resources, there is a problem. Cutting down government expenditure and spreading the risk and creating opportunity for private sector participation could be a game changer where government sits as an umpire to ensure we all play by the rules. In my opinion.
