Lessons I've Learned So Far in the Real Estate and Automobile Business
1. Believe in the value you deliver and always be committed to providing the best service to your clients.
2. Not every inquiry leads to a transaction. Some clients are still uncertain about what they want or do not have a realistic budget.
3. While serving clients is essential, your time is also valuable. Prolonged indecision from a client can consume time that could have been invested in other productive opportunities.
4. The primary purpose of any business is to create value, make a profit, and achieve sustainable growth.
5. Property owners, vehicle owners, and clients should recognize and respect the role of facilitators. Even when agreements are verbal, honoring the facilitator's contribution promotes trust, professionalism, and long-term business relationships.
Note:
Always treat facilitators with respect and ensure they are fairly recognized throughout the transaction. A successful deal benefits everyone involved, and professionalism builds lasting partnerships and a stronger reputation.
Thank you.
